Applicant's summary and conclusion

Conclusions:
The lethal concentration (LC50) value of 3-amino-2-hydroxy-5-nitrobenzenesulphonic acid in fish (Cyprinodon variegatus) in a 96 hr study on mortality effect was estimated to be 148.1377 mg/L.
Executive summary:

The lethal concentration (LC50) value of 3-amino-2-hydroxy-5-nitrobenzenesulphonic acid in fish (Cyprinodon variegatus) in a 96 hr study on mortality effect was estimated to be 148.1377 mg/L.Thus,considering the CLP Criteria for aquatic classification of the substance , it is concluded that 3-amino-2-hydroxy-5-nitrobenzenesulphonic acid does not exhibit short term toxicity to fish (Cyprinodon variegatus).
