Description of key information
The Partition coefficient (log Pow) of FC-131 was determined using the HPLC method in accordance with the OECD guideline 117, the EU method A.8 and GLP.

The log Pow value of FC-131 at 25 °C was not within the tested validation range and was stated > 6.2 in comparison with the log Pow value of the most lipophilic tested reference substance (DTT). This is in accordance with the modelled log Pow value for FC-131 of 6.99. At the used pH value, the test item is predicted to be more than 99 % non-ionised. The study is considered valid and reliable without restrictions.
