Any other information on results incl. tables

Maximum concentration not causing irritating effects in preliminary test: 80%

Signs of irritation during induction: one of the test animals was humanely killed the day prior to challenge due to a large open wound at the site of intradermal injection. No signs of irritation were recorded in any other animal during the induction phase of the study.

Evidence of sensitisation of each challenge concentration:

80% w/v - mild skin sensitiser Net response 26%

50% w/v - moderate skin sensitiser Net response 58%
