DPnP is classified as readily biodegradable with a low potential for bioaccumulation and has an expected low potential for adsorption with a log Kow <1. According to REACH Annex IX requirements, Terrestrial testing shall only be considered when the chemical safety assessment indicates the need for further investigations. The chemical safety assessment according to Annex I does not indicate a need to investigate any other effects since DPnP has no hazard classification based on available toxicity data. Therefore Terrestrial toxicity testing is waived for DPnP.
