First-aid measures
1. DESCRIPTION OF FIRST AID MEASURES
General advice:
No hazards which require special first aid measures.
If inhaled: Move to fresh air in case of accidental inhalation of dust or fumes from overheating or combustion. If symptoms persist, call a physician.
In case of skin contact: Take off contaminated clothing and shoes immediately. Wash off immediately with soap and plenty of water.
In case of eye contact: Flush eyes with water as a precaution. Remove contact lenses. Protect unharmed eye. Keep eye wide open while rinsing.
If swallowed: Clean mouth with water and drink afterwards plenty of water. Do not give milk or alcoholic beverages. Never give anything by mouth to an unconscious person.

Handling and storage
1. PRECAUTIONS FOR SAFE HANDLING
Technical measures: Restrict the quantity stored in the work place.
Local/Total ventilation: Ensure adequate ventilation. Use with local exhaust ventilation.
Advice on safe handling: Keep container tightly closed. Avoid dust formation. Use only with adequate ventilation. Work in a fume hood.
Advice on protection against fire and explosion: Substance is flammable. Avoid generating dust; fine dust dispersed in air in sufficient concentrations, and in the presence of an ignition source is a potential dust explosion hazard. Firefighting equipment must be available. Keep away from heat. Avoid dust accumulation in enclosed space. Keep away from sources of ignition - No smoking. Take measures to prevent the buildup of electrostatic charge.
Hygiene measures: Keep away from food, drink and animal feeding stuffs. Remove and wash contaminated clothing and gloves, including the inside, before re-use. Keep working clothes separately. Wash hands before breaks and immediately after handling the product. Contaminated work clothing should not be allowed out of the workplace. Wash thoroughly after handling. Do not breathe dust or spray mist. Avoid contact with skin, eyes and clothing. When using do not eat, drink or smoke.

2. CONDITIONS FOR SAFE STORAGE, INCLUDING ANY INCOMPATIBLITIES
Requirements for storage areas and containers: Keep container tightly closed in a dry and well-ventilated place. Prevent any penetration into the ground. To maintain product quality, do not store in heat or direct sunlight.
Further information on storage conditions: Protect against light. Keep locked up or in an area accessible only to qualified or authorized persons.
Advice on common storage: Keep away from food, drink and animal feeding stuffs.
Recommended storage temperature: 5 - 30 °C

Exposure controls / personal protection
1. CONTROL PARAMETERS

2. EXPOSURE CONTROLS
Engineering measures: dust extractors
Eye protection: Safety glasses with side-shields conforming to EN166
Hand protection:
Material: No material can be recommended. Experience says that polychloroprene, nitrile rubber, butylrubber, fluoro-caoutchouc, and polyvinyl chloride are suitable as glove materials for protection against undissolved solids.
Remarks: The choice of an appropriate glove does not only depend on its material but also on other quality features and is different from one producer to the other. The data about break through time/strength of material are standard values! The exact break through time/strength of material has to be obtained from the producer of the protective glove. The penetration of the glove material is impossible with dry and not gassing solids. Gloves must be inspected prior to use.
Skin and Body protection:
Dust impervious protective suit .Apron. Boots. Protective suit. Choose body protection according to the amount and concentration of the dangerous substance at the work place.
Respiratory protection:
If used in closed systems or well-ventilated area breathing protection is not necessary.
Respirator must be worn if exposed to dust. In case of insufficient ventilation, wear suitable respiratory equipment. In case of brief exposure or low pollution use breathing filter apparatus. In case of intensive or longer exposure use breathing apparatus that is independent of circulating air.

Protective measures: Handle in accordance with good industrial hygiene and safety
Stability and reactivity
1. Reactivity: Stable under recommended storage conditions.
2. Chemical stability: No decomposition if stored and applied as directed.
3. Possibility of hazardous reactions:
Avoid generating dust; fine dust dispersed in air in sufficient concentrations, and in the presence of an ignition source is a potential dust explosion hazard.
4. Conditions to avoid: Exposure to light.

Disposal considerations
Product: The Waste code should be assigned in discussion between the user, the producer and the waste disposal company. Dispose of as hazardous waste in compliance with local and national regulations.
Contaminated packaging: Packaging that is not properly emptied must be disposed of as the unused product. Empty containers should be taken to an approved waste handling site for recycling or disposal.
