Results and discussion

Applicant's summary and conclusion

Conclusions:
In the joint chemical report of calcium dihydroxide, three tests studying skin irritation on rabbit exist. Two key studies using the OECD guideline N°404 and one supporting study using OECD 402. In conclusion, the results of available in vivo skin irritation studies (rabbit) indicate that Ca(OH)2 is irritating to skin.
