Justification:

Calcium hydride is hydrolytically unstable and will react instantly with water (see section 5.1.2) and air moister (Lewis, 2007*).

The reaction is provided by the following equation: CaH2 + 2H2O --> Ca(OH)2 + 2H2.

As such, CaH2 does not exist in the environment.
