Applicant's summary and conclusion

Conclusions:
The pH of a 1 M aqueous solution of the test material was determined to be 13.74 at 25 °C.
Executive summary:

The pH of a 1 Molar aqueous solution of the test material was determined in accordance with the standard ASTM E70 'Standard Test Method for pH of Aqueous Solutions with the Glass Electrode '.

A 1 M aqueous solution was prepared using 1.392 g of the test material, made up to a 10 mL volume with distilled, deionised water.

The pH was measured using a Metrohm Model 827 pH meter, with a Metrohm Combination Glass Electrode. The pH meter and electrode were calibrated using buffers at pH 4, 7, 9 and 10.

The pH of a 1 M aqueous solution of the test material was determined to be 13.74 at 25 °C.
