Applicant's summary and conclusion

Conclusions:
Under the study conditions, surface tension of the test substance, solution in distilled water was determined to be 50.1 mN/m at 22.7°C (1.1% w/v solution); 65.2 mN/m at 23.4°C (0.11% w/v solution). The substance is considered to have surface-active properties.
Executive summary:

A study was conducted to determine the surface tension of the test substance, according to EU Method A.5. Under the study conditions, surface tension of the test substance, solution in distilled water was determined to be 50.1 mN/m at 22.7°C (1.1% w/v solution); 65.2 mN/m at 23.4°C (0.11% w/v solution) (Williams, 1989).
