One large peak relates to log Kow 5.2 and one minor peak is seen at 5.4. In view of the substance consisting of a trans and cis isomer > 90 and < 10%, respectively, it is assumed that the trans-isomer relates to the log Kow of 5.2, which will therefore be the key value for this substance.
The pH is assessed not to be critical based on the absence of acidic and basic structural features of Acalea and in its molecular structure.
