First-aid measures

Inhalation: Remove patient from exposure. Obtain medical attention.
Eyes: Irrigate with eyewash solution or clean water, holding the eyelids apart, for at least 15 mins. Obtain medical attention if irritation persists.
Skin: Remove contaminated clothing and wash skin with water. Obtain medical attention if irritation persists.
Ingestion: Seek medical attention.

Fire-fighting measures

Recommended extinguishing agent: Use water spray, foam, dry powder or CO2.

Product arising from burning: Products of combustion may contain oxides of carbon, nitrogen and sulphur

Protective equipment: A self contained breathing apparatus and suitable protective clothing should be worn.

Accidental release measures

Emergency measures in case of spillage: Ensure personal protective clothing is worn. Do not breathe dust. Do not allow to enter drains, sewers or water courses.
Clear up spillages and transfer to a container for hazardous substance disposal. Ventilate area.

Avoid contact with skin and eyes, do not breathe dust.
Containers should be suitably closed and labelled .
