Under the conditions of the study, the 96h LC50 of 12-hydroxystearic acid to Zebra fish (Brachydanio rerio) was determined to be > 1000 mg/L.
Executive summary:

A study was conducted to determine the acute toxicity of the test substance to Zebra fish (Brachydanio rerio), in accordance with ISO-Guideline 7346/2 which conforms to the OECD Guideline 203 and in compliance with GLP.

The substance was tested in a concentration range of 1,000 - 10,000 mg/L and the incubation period was 96 h under semi-static conditions.

Under the conditions of the study, the 96h LC50 of test substance to Zebra fish was determined to be > 1,000 mg/L.
