Conclusions:
1272W94 produced a sensitisation rate of 0% (0/18) when tested in the guinea pig using the magnusson & Kligman Maximisation assay. The intradermal induction concentration was 10% w/v in distilled water, topical induction undiluted test material and challange with 25 and 50% 1272W94 in distilled water.
Executive summary:

The contact sensitising potential of 1272W94 was examined in the guinea pig using the Manusson & Kligman Maximisation test according to OECD Guideline No. 406 "Skin Sensitisation". Twenty test and ten control animals were used in the main study. Based upon results of a sighting study the concentrations of test material for the induction and challange phases were as follows:

Intrademal Induction: 10%w/v in distilled water

Topical Induction: undiluted as supplied

Topical Induction: 50% and 25% w/v in distilled water

The test material produced a 0% (0/18) sensitisation rate and was classified as a non-sensitiser to guinea pig skin.
