Conclusions:
3-amino-4-methoxybenzenesulphonic acid is estimated to be corrosive to skin.
Executive summary:

3-amino-4-methoxybenzenesulphonic acid is observed to be corrosive to skin. Skin contact may produce burns as the pH of the substance indicates that the chemical is acidic in nature. Moreover the analog for the target substance (which have more than 90% similarity) also indicates corrosive characteristics on skin and eye. Thus, based on these evidences it can be infered that the target, 3-amino-4-methoxybenzenesulphonic acid, will be corrosive to skin and so will qualify for classification in category 1
