Jeste li obuhvaćeni ovim rokom?
Ako proizvodite kemijske tvari ili ih uvozite iz zemalja izvan EU-a u količini iznad 1 tone godišnje, podliježete obvezama registracije u skladu s Uredbom REACH. Ako proizvodite ili uvozite proizvod (smjesu, proizvod), on može sadržavati tvari koje je potrebno pojedinačno registrirati.
Ako ste predregistrirali tvari koje proizvodite ili uvozite iz zemalja izvan EU-a u količini iznad 1 tone koja ne prelazi 100 tona godišnje, a koje još niste registrirali, u skladu s Uredbom REACH dužni ste ih registrirati do 31. svibnja 2018.
