Some small endothermic peaks between 150°C and 500°C were observed. It was most likely obtained due to reaction and decomposition of the test item.

After the experiment, a black molten residue remained at the bottom of the sample container. The sample lid was swollen due to pressure.

Executive summary:

The DSC screening test for explosiveness was determined in a GLP study. From a single measurement it was concluded that the substance does not decomposes exothermically at temperatures of < 550°C. The acceptance procedure for Class 1 explosives do not have to be applied accoring to the UN Manual of Tests and Criteria, Appendix 6 "Screening procedures" -Screening procedures for substances which may have explosive properties. The substance has no explosive properties.
