Data platform availability banner - registered substances factsheets
Please be aware that this old REACH registration data factsheet is no longer maintained; it remains frozen as of 19th May 2023.
The new ECHA CHEM database has been released by ECHA, and it now contains all REACH registration data. There are more details on the transition of ECHA's published data to ECHA CHEM here.

Administrative data
First-aid measures
attention if breathing difficulties occur.
Emergency measure - Eyes: Flush eyes with plenty of water for at least 15 min,
followed by isotonic saline solution.
Emergency measure - Skin: Remove contaminated clothing and clean before re-use. Wash
all exposed areas of skin with plenty of soap and water for
at least 15 min.
Emergency measure - Ingestion: Seek immediate medical attention.
Fire-fighting measures
Product arising from burning: Substance is conbustable and will burn in the presence of a
fire, evolving noxious fumes (predominately carbon, nitrogen
and sulfur oxides).
Product determined by test: N
Protective equipment: Fire fighters should wear full protective clothing and
self-contained breathing apparatus.
Accidental release measures
with water. Washings should not normally be released to the
sewage system or the aqueous environment.
Handling and storage
gloves should be worn to minimise skin contact. Eye
protection should also be worn.
Storage: Store in a tightly closed container, in a dry, well
ventillated area. Keep containers upright.
Packaging of the substance and or preparation: The substance will be packaged in non-crushable polythene
containers (up to 10 kg capacity).

Stability and reactivity
Chemical reaction with water: None reported.
Dust explosion: Substance is crystalline and dust explosion is not
considered to be of significance.
Dust explosion determined by test: N
Disposal considerations
Industry - Possibility of neutralisation: None known.
Industry - Possibility of destruction: controlled discharge: Not recommended but as the substance is highly water
soluble, controlled discharge by extensive dilution may be
sufficient.
Industry - Possibility of destruction - incineration: Incineration should not be used as a method of disposal
(except for packaging material).
Industry - Possibility of destruction - water purification: Extensive dilution is recommended.
Industry - Possibility of destruction - other: No special considerations necessary.
Public at large - Possibility of recovery/recycling: Not applicable. The substance is not intended for public
use.
Public at large - Possibility of neutralisation: Not applicable. The substance is not intended for public
use.
Public at large - Possibility of destruction: controlled discharge: Not applicable. The substance is not intended for public
use.
Public at large - Possibility of destruction - incineration: Not applicable. The substance is not intended for public
use.
Public at large - Possibility of destruction - water purification: Not applicable. The substance is not intended for public
use.
Public at large - Possibility of destruction - others: Not applicable. The substance is not intended for public
use.
