Please be aware that this old REACH registration data factsheet is no longer maintained; it remains frozen as of 19th May 2023.
The new ECHA CHEM database has been released by ECHA, and it now contains all REACH registration data. There are more details on the transition of ECHA's published data to ECHA CHEM here.

Administrative data
First-aid measures
Emergency measure - Eyes: Wash with running water for fifteen minutes, or longer. If
this treatment unsuccessful, seek medical attention.
Emergency measure - Skin: Wash with large amounts of water.
Emergency measure - Ingestion: Drink plenty of water and seek medical attention
Fire-fighting measures
Recommended extinguishing agent: Combustion may produce carbon and nitrogen oxides. In case
of fire water, carbon dioxide and dry powder extinguishers
may be used.
Accidental release measures
Emergency measures in case of spillage: Recover dry powder and return to manufacturer. Liquid
spillage may be washed away with water and discharged in
accordance with local/national regulations.
Handling and storage
Handling: Minimise exposure by use of standard occupational hygiene
procedures and good housekeeping. Face mask, rubber gloves
and goggles are recommended, although not necessary.
Storage: Store in a cool dark room away from moisture.

Disposal considerations
Industry - Possibility of recovery/recycling: Uncontaminated spilt material may be recovered by
filtration; contaminated material must be destroyed.
Industry - Possibility of neutralisation: None
Industry - Possibility of destruction: controlled discharge: Not recommended
Industry - Possibility of destruction - incineration: The substance may safely be destroyed by incineration in a
facility capable of dealing with oxides of nitrogen which
may be formed.
Industry - Possibility of destruction - water purification: Green 100 is insoluble in water; after filtration and
recovery the substance should be incinerated.
Public at large - Possibility of recovery/recycling: The substance is not available to the general public.
