First-aid measures
General advice: Take off immediately all contaminated clothing. Wash contaminated clothing before re-use.
Inhalation : IMove to fresh air. Oxygen or artificial respiration if needed. Keep under medical surveillance. In case of problems :Hospitalise.
Skin contact: Wash immediately, abundantly and thoroughly with soap and water. If significant contact:Keep under medical surveillance.
Eye contact : Wash well-open eyes immediately, abundantly and thoroughly with water. If irritation persists, consult an ophthalmologist.
Ingestion : Do NOT induce vomiting. Hospitalise.
Protection of first-aiders: In case of insufficient ventilation, wear suitable respiratory equipment and protective suit
Fire-fighting measures
Suitable extinguishing media: Water spray, Carbon dioxide (CO2), Foam, Dry powder
Specific hazards:Thermal decomposition giving toxic products such Sulphur oxides, Tin oxides, Carbon oxides, sulfur oxides (by combustion)
Specific methods:
Containers/tanks should be cooled with water spray. In case of fire nearby, remove exposed containers.
Special protective equipment for fire-fighters: Wear self-contained breathing apparatus and protective suit.
Remove and wash contaminated clothing before re-use.
Accidental release measures
Personal precautions: Evacuate non-essential staff and those not equipped with individual protection apparatus. Prohibit contact with skin and eyes and inhalation of vapours.Use personal protective equipment. Prohibit all sources of sparks and ignition - Do not smoke. In case of insufficient ventilation, wear suitable respiratory equipment
Environmental precautions: Do not release into the environment. Do not let product enter drains.
Recovery: Pump into a clean labelled emergency container. Absorb the remainder with an inert absorbent material. Shovel into suitable container for disposal. After cleaning, flush away traces with water. Recover waste water for processing later.
Elimination :Recycle if possible or Destroy the product by incineration (in accordance with local and national regulations).
Handling and storage
Technical measures/Precautions: Storage and handling precautions applicable to products: Liquid Toxic Sensitizing dangerous for environment. Provide appropriate exhaust ventilation at machinery. Provide showers, eye-baths. Provide water supplies near the point of use. Provide self-contained breathing apparatus nearby.
Safe handling advice: Great cleanliness in work areas is a necessary and important factor for safety. Prohibit all sources of sparks and ignition - Do not smoke. Strictly limit the quantities of product in the work area to those which are absolutely necessary for the work in hand. Keep container closed
when not in use. Avoid splashing and emission of vapours when handling. Ensure adequate ventilation, especially in confined areas. In case
of insufficient ventilation, wear suitable respiratory equipment. Follow the safety instructions.
Hygiene measures:
Take off immediately all contaminated clothing. Prohibit contact with skin and eyes and inhalation of vapours. When using do not eat, drink or
smoke. Wash hands after handling. Remove contaminated clothing and protective equipment before entering eating areas.
StorageTechnical measures/Storage conditions:
Keep tightly closed in a dry, cool and well-ventilated place. Protect from heat. Protect against light..
Store away from moisture and heat to maintain the technical properties of the product. Store in original container. Provide
electrical earthing of equipment. Provide a catch-tank in a bunded area. Provide impermeable floor.
Incompatible products : Strong oxidizing agents
Packaging material : Recommended : Original packaging
