Guidance on PIC

The Guidance document which is available on this website has been developed with the participation of the European Commission, Designated National Authorities for the PIC Regulation and accredited stakeholders, including industry. The objective of this document is to facilitate the implementation of the PIC Regulation (Regulation (EU) No 649/2012) by describing good practice on how to fulfil the obligations.

This document is available in Bulgarian, Croatian, Czech, Danish, English, German, Finnish, French, Spanish, Italian, Dutch, Polish, Portuguese, Slovenian and Swedish. Limited number of translations is based on the export notifications submitted per country.
