- PREPARATION AND APPLICATION OF TEST SOLUTION (especially for difficult test substances)
- Method: 100 mg/L concentration of Benzenesulphonyl chloride (Provichem 0203) was prepared by dissolving 71.10 mg of Benzenesulphonyl chloride (Provichem 0203) in 711 mL of OECD TG 201 medium. 100 mL of test item was tranferred into sterile 250 mL Erlenmeyer flasks. The control and treated flasks were inoculated with 90 microL of P. subcapitata from the pre-culture to obtain initial cell concentrations of about 1x10000 cells per mL.
