Additional information

The study was conducted according to OECD Guideline 202 (1981) EEC Directive 84/449 (1984) - Annex V - Method C2

T-1540N was demonstrated not to be acutely toxic to Daphnia magna.

No auxillary substance could help to solubilise the test substance.

Considering the low water solubility of the test substance and in order to prevent the impact of solid particles, the test substance was prepared as follows: a 1000 mg/l suspension was stirred for 2 hours; the substance in excess was then filtered. The saturated solution obtained was used as such and diluted. (100% to 25%).

No immbolisation was used at any of these concentrations.
