Details on results:
During the preliminary estimation the water solubility of the material was found to be less than 0.3 mg/L. As part of method development a calibration graph was compiled using Acetonitrile as the sample solvent. Solutions of concentration 0 to 0.02168 g/L were prepared for the calibration. The linear range of the calibration was observed to be 0.00108 g/L to 0.02168 g/L. The aqueous solubility of less than 0.3 mg/L is therefore below the detection limit of the analytical method. The water solubility has therefore been reported as < 0.3 mg/L.
Conclusions:
Water solubility of the substance is expected to be below 0.3 mg/l.
