Description of key information

According to the key biodegradation study (OECD Guideline 301D, GLP), the registered substance was biodegraded to a level of 77% at day 28 in river water, satisfying the 14d time window criterion (allowed for the 301D) for ready biodegradable substances. In conclusion, the registered substance is considered readily biodegradable. This conclusion was supported by the same study performed in secondary activated sewage sludge where 69% biodegradation was observed after 28 days also satisfying the 14d window criterion.
