No significant differences were exhibited in spectra obtained over the 200-400 nm wavelength at 20 ± 1 ºC in 40 % v/v ethanol/water solutions of 1 x 10-4 M test material prepared at pHs 2.1, 4.0, 6.1, 8.0, 10.1 and 12.1.

Conclusions:
Under the conditions of the study, the test material was observed not to dissociate in a dissociation constant study.

In a GLP compliant dissociation constant study conducted in accordance with standardised guideline OECD 112, the dissociation constant of the test material was investigated. Under the conditions of the study, the test material was not observed to dissociate.

Additional information

The key study (Malinksi, 1999) was performed in line with GLP and a standardised guideline with a sufficient level of detail to assess the quality of the study. The study was performed to a good standard and was assigned a reliability score of 1 using the principle for assessing data quality as set out in Klimisch (1997).
