Conformément au règlement REACH, l'ECHA doit recommander à partir de la «liste des substances candidates» les substances prioritaires à inclure dans l'annexe XIV de REACH (la «liste d’autorisation») et proposer à la Commission européenne les entrées à inscrire dans l'annexe XIV pour ces substances (c'est-à-dire les dispositions transitoires et, le cas échéant, les exemptions et les périodes de révision), en tenant compte de l'avis du comité des États membres. La Commission européenne décide finalement, en application de la procédure de «comitologie» (contrôle), des substances qui seront incluses dans l'annexe XIV et des entrées correspondantes.
Le tableau ci-dessous comprend toutes les substances qui ont été incluses dans les projets de recommandation ou les recommandations finales de l'ECHA en vue de leur inclusion dans la liste des substances candidates de l'annexe XIV. Dans la colonne «Statut», il est indiqué si l'inclusion des substances a été recommandée ou si elles sont déjà incluses dans l'annexe XIV. Vous pouvez accéder aux documents relatifs aux recommandations en cliquant sur le bouton «Détails» à côté des substances.
Les substances qui ne sont pas recommandées lors d'une session d'examen donnée (statut: «non recommandée dans cette session d'examen») font l'objet d'une nouvelle évaluation lors de sessions suivantes. Par conséquent, il est recommandé de faire une recherche par substance dans le tableau (nom/numéro CE/numéro CAS) pour obtenir le statut le plus récent.
