First-aid measures

Inhalation:  Remove patient to fresh  air  and seek medical   attention   if irritation persists.

Eye Contact:Flush eyes immediately with  flowing   water for at least   15 minutes. Contact a physician.

Skin Contact: Flush  skin with soap and water.  Remove any contaminated clothing or shoes.  Contact a physician.

Ingestion: Wash out mouth with water.  Contact a physician.

Note to physician: Treatment may vary with  condition  of victim  and specifics of incident.

Fire-fighting measures

Extinguishing    Media:nDry chemical   powder extinguishing    agent,  fire  extinguishing foam and  carbon  dioxide  are effective.

Protection   of  Firefighters:    Keep personnel  removed from and upwind of fire. Wear  full  fire  fighting   turn-out   gear  (full   bunker  gear) and respiratory protection.

Accidental release measures

Specific  Hazards: Toxic  gasses  and vapors,  such  as  CO  and  NOx may  be released  in  fire.

During  the work,  wear the personal   protective  equipment and work at windward.

Environmental    Precautions:    Prevent spills from entering   sewers or watercourses.

Methods of Cleaning  up:Collect  released  or spilled material   in  sealable   containers, and wipe out remaining solid  with absorbent materials.

Handling and storage

Avoid contact with  skin and eyes. Ventilate  the area properly. Always  keep the drum in an upright  position and do not roll the drum on its side.

Storage: Store in a container under cool place in  a dry and dark area. Do not store near high  temperature boilers,  heaters, or pipes

Exposure controls / personal protection

Respiratory  Protection:    When engineer  controls are not sufficient  to control exposure,   wear an approved  respirator  with  high efficiency particulate   (HEPA) filters  or cartridges when handling.

Hand Protection:              Wear appropriate gloves. (Impervious    nitrile,  rubber,  latex  gloves are recommended.)

Eye/Face Protection:        Wear appropriate  goggles or glasses.(Safety glasses  with side  -shields  are recommended.)

Skin Protection:                Wear appropriate apron (Protective   laboratory  coat or coverall  are recommended

Stability and reactivity

Stability:  Stable  at cool  place

Conditions to Avoid: High  temperature and sunlight.

Disposal considerations

Comply with  all applicable  national   environment   laws  and regulations.

Do not dump this material into sewers, on the  ground or into any  body of water.
