Product arising from burning: Hydrogen cyanide, carbon monoxide, plus other oxides of

carbon and nitrogen.

Product determined by test: N

Protective equipment: Fire fighter should wear full protective clothing and

self-contained breathing apparatus.

Accidental release measures

Emergency measures in case of spillage: Avoid inhalation and direct contact. Absorb spilled liquid

with sand or another non-combustible material. Place in a

suitable container. Remove contaminated material to a safe

location for subsequent disposal. Ventilate area and wash

contaminated surfaces with water and detergent. Wear

appropriate personal protective equipment during clean-up

activities.

Handling and storage

Handling: Avoid inhalation and direct contact. Handle in areas with

adequate ventilation. Local exhaust ventilation is

recommended to control airborne concentrations of this

material. Emergency eyewash and shower facilities should be

available in the vicinity of any potential exposure.

Wear suitable personal protective equipment including safety

glasses/goggles with side shields, chemical resistant

gloves, boots and coveralls. A full-face, air-purifying

respirator with HEPA and/or appropriate chemical cartridges

is recommended for all mist producing operations.

Storage: Store in a cool, dry, well-ventilated area away from
