Guidance on Safe Use
Administrative data
First-aid measures
After inhalation: Move exposed person to fresh air. Get medical attention in case of prolongued exposure or if feeling odd
After Skin contact: remove contaminated clothing. Wash skin with soap and plenty of water. Get medical attention
After eye contact: Rinse the contaminated eye with plenty of water for at least 15 minutes. Prevent the wash fluid to enter the other eye. Get medical attention immediately.
After ingestion: Induce vomiting and get medical attention immediately.
Fire-fighting measures
Suitable extinguishing media: Use dry chemical, CO2, water spray (fog) or foam
NON suitable extinguishing media: Do not use water jet.
Special protective equipment for fire-fighters: Wear appropriate protective equipment and self-contained breathing apparatus (SCBA) with a full face-piece operated in positive pressure mode.
Accidental release measures
Wear suitable gloves, eye and respiratory protection.
Prevent entry into sewers, water courses, basements or confined areas. Contain and collect spillage with non-combustible, absorbent material e.g. sand, earth, vermiculite or diatomaceous earth and place in container for disposal according to local regulations
Use corrosion proof containers.
Handling and storage
Do not ingest. Avoid contact with eyes, skin and clothing. Avoid breathing vapour or mist.

Exposure controls / personal protection
Exposure control:
Avoid transfer into the environment.
As a precaution measure the following personal protection is recommended:
Wear protective clothing.
Avoid close or long term contact with the skin
Avoid contact with eyes.
Use hoder/temple spectacles with side protection (EN 166)
Use chemical protective gloves according DIN EN 374 with CE-labelling.
Wash hands at the end of measure.
Stability and reactivity
Danger other than fire: not expected
Chemical reaction with water: none
Dust explosion: Not determined
Chemical stability: protect against temperatures 40 °C
Hazardous decomposition products: none, if storage and handling is according to specification
Disposal considerations
Waste or product containing substance must be disposed according to local regulations pertaining to the disposal of hazardous waste.
Avoid transfer into the environment.
