- Direct dispersion in water. 200 mg of test material were dispersed in 2 L water to give a 100 mg/L stock solution from which dilutions were to give the test series.
1% Tween 80-dimethyl-sulfoxide at a concentration of 100 μL/L was added to aid dispersal of the test material.
