Description of key information

No effects on reproduction being observed at all the concentrations tested (0.316 to 50 mg/L), no LOELR was obtained and thus no NOELR can be derived. The results were: NOELR >= 50 mg/L

Key value for chemical safety assessment

Additional information

The long-term toxicity (assessed by reproduction) of the test item to aquatic invertebrates (Daphnia magna) for a duration of 21 days was assessed according to the OECD Guideline 211. According to the preliminary test, Daphnia were exposed to 0.316, 1.0, 3.16, 10.0 and 50 mg/L of the test item (WAF solution).

No mortality on parentals was reported. No effects on reproduction (living offspring production) were also observed at all the concentrations tested.
