The read-across is based on similar structural properties between the traget substance (1R,2S)-2,6-dimethyl-2,3-dihydro-1H-inden-1-amine (CAS 752984-24-0) and the source substance (1R,2S)-2,3-Dihydro-2,6-dimethyl-1H-inden-1-amine hydrochloride (CAS 730980 -53 -7).
