Additional information

Due to technical feasability issues an experimental value could not be determined for OLEIC DimerFA TETA PAA. Analytical methods of sufficient accuracy for testing concentrations of the substance in test media and biological material were not available. Further to this it is likely that a standard OECD 305 test would not be suitable for such a strongly sorbing substance.

A QSAR was conducted using BCFBAFv3.01 in order to calculate the bioconcentration factor from an estimated log Kow.

The BCF was estimated to be 33.3L/kg. This indicates that the bioaccumulation potential for this substance is low, which is to be expected as the large molecular size will likely limit uptake of the substance by biological membranes. As such, this substance is not considered to be bioaccumulative.
