Conclusions:
under the conditions of the this test the LC50 of the test substance after 96 hours was > 100 mg/L nominal and is above the solubility limit of the test substance in the test water.
Executive summary:

The test substance was tested in danio rerio over 96 hours in a static system. The concentrations tested were 100 mg/L and a negative control (0 mg/L). Before insertion of the test organism the test concentrations were stirred for 24 hours to ensure that the limit of solubility of the test substance in water was reached.

The tested concentration showed a light turbidity. Particulate matters were observed on the water surface and the bottom of the test vessel. The substance concentration was determined in the 100 mg/L group. Because of low water solubility the values decreased from 18.7 % of the theoretical value at study start to 6.8 – 7.6 % during exposure and at study end. The analytical determination included dissolved and dispersed undissolved parts of the test substance. The lethality values given in this report are based on nominal concentrations and mean measured concentrations

The LC 50 was above the solubility limit of the test substance in the test water.

LC 50 > 100 mg/L nominal

LC50 > 11 mg/L measured
