The soil adsorption coefficient of TCD has been estimated using the OECD 121 HPLC test method and found to be Koc = 10,000. According to the soil mobility potential classification proposed by McCall et al (Proc. of Assoc. of Official Analytical Chemists , 1980), a substance with a Koc value greater than Koc - 5,000 is immobile in soil
