As the water solubility of test item is less than 1 w/v % (10 g/L) so a suspension was resulted.

After stirring the solid particles were allowed to settle for 5 minutes. The pH was measured from the supernatant of the suspension.

The measured pH of 1 w/v % (10 g/L) Levodione (CAS No. 21800-83-9) suspension was 6.24 at 23.7 °C.
