Description of key information
In accordance with Section 2 of Annex XI of the REACH regulation, the identification of degradation products study does not need to be conducted if it is not technically possible to do so.
Shale oils are complex mixtures of various different compounds of low solubility, not chemically well defined with no main component. Therefore, the identification of degradation products study cannot be determined for shale oil, light fraction.
