Applicant's summary and conclusion

Conclusions:
Measured concentrations of the test substance in surface water in summer ranged from < 1 and 28 ng/l and the concentrations in sediment were below 0.015 mg/kg d.w.
Executive summary:

A literature study on the environmental risks of various UV-filters included monitoring data for the test substance, called OMC in this report. Measured concentrations in surface water are available from Switzerland (1998) and United Kingdom (2000). In summer they ranged from < 1 and 28 ng/l and the concentrations in sediment were below 0.015 mg/kg d.w.
