Administrative data
First-aid measures
Inhalation: Remove to fresh air and contact physician if required.
Skin Contact: Wash with soap and water. Seek medical attention if required.
Eye Contact: Rinse with plenty of water and consult specialist if required.
Oral Ingestion: Clean mouth with water and drink plenty of water afterwards. Obtain medical attention if required.
Fire-fighting measures
Substance is flammable. Self contained breathing apparatus and a protective suit should be used. Use dry extinguishing powders, sand or other inert material as extinguishing media. Do not use water.
Accidental release measures
Wear personal protective equipment (i.e. gloves, safety goggles, dust respirator). Ensure adequate ventilation, use dry clean-up procedures (i.e. vacuum) and avoid dust generation. Collect material in suitable containers and dispose of according to regulations. Avoid release into the environment.
Handling and storage
Wear protective clothing. Do not eat, drink or smoke when handling, and wash hands with soap and water afterwards. Use in a well ventilated area and maintain good housekeeping procedures to prevent accumulation of dust or generation of airborne dust particles. Avoid contact with ignition sources. Store in tightly sealed containers (i.e. steel), in a well-ventilated, dry, and cool location away from incompatible materials.
