A number of published values are available for the upper and lower flammability of methoxyethanol. These values cover a reasonably narrow range of values and at least 3 are clearly different which suggest that they originate from different sources. No single value is from a reliable source but this weight of evidence allows confidence in the decided key parameter which is based on an average of the quoted values to integer values (2 - 20%). These combined with the flashpoint lead to the conclusion for the key parameter.
