The subvatance is not acute toxic until the regulatroy cutoff level of 100mg/L as up to this level no effects were ovbserved.

While the acute tests with fish and daphnids showed no difference to the controls, the algae respoded about 10 -20% on the basis of the actuls mesasured concentration.

On the basis of theis figures there is a litle evidence that algae could represent the most senditiv tropic level. But due to the fact that shadowing may be the reason o the minimal effects no decision on this point can be made.
