Description of key information
The value of water solubility for Ethyldiisopropylamine used as a key value was obtained in a buffer at pH7.

A study was carried out to determine the water solubility of the test item Ethyldiisopropylamine according to OECD 105 and GLP requirements (Clipston, 2012). The water solubility of Ethyldiisopropylamine, was assessed in Milli-RO water and in aqueous buffers prepared at pH 4, 7 and 9. The mean water solubility at 20 ± 0.5 °C was demonstrated to be as follows:
Milli-RO water = 4.01 ± 0.21 g/L
pH 4 buffer = 13.13 ± 0.58 g/L
pH 7 buffer = 7.41 ± 0.21 g/L
pH 9 buffer = 6.98 ± 0.17 g/L
