EC50/LC50 for freshwater invertebrates:
1 000 mg/L

Additional information

Acute toxicity of the testsubstance to Daphnia magna was determined in a immobilization test performed according to the OECD guideline 202 (RCC 1987). Ten animals per dose were placed in a static system and exposed for 24 hours to 0, 62.5, 125, 500 or 1000 mg/L of test substance. During exposure, the animals were kept at 20 ± 2 °C with 16 hours of illumination and all tests were run in duplicate. No significant effect on mobilisation was noted. The 24 -hour EC50 was determined to be >1000 mg/L.
