Additional information

Acute toxicity to fish of the testsubstance was determined in a GLP-compliant study performed according to the OECD guideline 203 (CG 1987). Ten zebrafish per dose were placed in a slowly aerated static system and exposed to 1000 mg/L test substance for 96 hours in a limit test. Water samples were taken from the fish tank at the beginning and at the end of the experiment to determine concentrations of the test substance present. Analytical concentrations were 99.7 and 105% of nominal at teh start and at the end of the test, respectively. No effects were seen. baswed on these findings, the 96 -h LC50 is determined at 1000 mg/L. The test substance is considered non-toxic to the test species.
