Conclusions:
The components of Rikabinol HB were found to have log10Pow values of 1.9, 2.4 and 2.5.

Description of key information

Additional information

The determination of partition coefficient of HBPA was carried out using the HPLC method (Huntingdon Life Sciences, 2012, Study MOG0004). The procedure was designed to be compatible with the EC Method A.8 and the OECD test guideline 117, and was conducted in compliance with GLP.

The components of HBPA were determined to have log10Pow values of 1.9, 2.4 and 2.5 (equivalent Pow values of 82, 220 and 290).
