Conclusion on classification

AQUATIC TOXICITY:

One of the main components of this multiconstituent substance, is included in Table 3 of Annex VI of CLP Regulation (harmonised classification and labelling) and classified as:

Aquatic Acute 1, H400

Taking into account the concentration of this component and the M-factor based on the public data available from bibliography (L(E)C50 values between 0.01 and 0.1 mg/L) , this multiconstituent substance is classified as:

Aquatic Acute 1, H400

OZONE:

One of the impurities present in this multiconstituent substance, bromo(chloro)methane, is listed in Annex I to Regulation (EC) No 1005/2009 on substances that deplete the ozone layer. Therefore, since the typical concentration of this impurity is higher than 0.1%, the substance is classified as Hazardous to the ozone layer, Category 1, H420.
