Kavandatavate toimikute register
The aim of the Registry of Intentions (RoI) is to make interested parties aware of the substances for which a harmonised classification and labelling (CLH), substance of very high concern (SVHC) or restriction dossier is planned to be submitted to ECHA. This makes interested parties aware of what substances are coming in these processes, and gives them time to prepare for commenting later in the respective process. Following the publication of the intention, the information in the RoI is updated further when the substance moves to the next stages of the process, such as when the dossier is submitted, or if in some cases, the intention or submission is withdrawn.
Interested parties are therefore recommended to regularly consult the RoI, the public consultation pages and the Committee for Risk Assessment (RAC), Committee for Socio-Economic Analysis (SEAC) and Member State Committee (MSC) pages, to follow the processing of the dossier.
Note: The information for CLH was expanded to include information about the various steps of the process, starting from intention until the publication of the entry in Annex VI of CLP. It is foreseen to expand the SVHC and restrictions lists further in the near future. Following this step, the links to the lists for these three processes will be moved to a new location and this page ‘Registry of Intentions’ will be removed. Direct links to the ‘Registry of CLH intentions until outcome’, and the expanded ‘Registry of restriction intentions’ and ‘Registry of SVHC intentions’ will be visible from the ‘Information on Chemicals’ section. You are able to get a more holistic overview of the substance-specific activities that authorities are working on under REACH and the CLP Regulation via the new public activities coordination tool (PACT).
