Kas teile kehtib see tähtpäev?
Kui toodate keemilisi aineid või impordite neid väljastpoolt ELi koguses üle ühe tonni aastas, võivad teile kehtida REACH-registreerimiskohustused. Peale selle, kui toodate või impordite toodet (segu, kaubaartiklit), võib see sisaldada aineid, mis tuleb eraldi registreerida.
Kui teil on eelregistreeritud aineid, mida toodate või impordite väljastpoolt ELi koguses üle ühe tonni, aga mitte rohkem kui 100 tonni aastas ja mille olete juba registreerinud, kehtib teile REACH-registreerimistähtpäev 31. mai 2018.
