Flash point values on various batches of this product were measured between Aug 2012 and August 2013.  Reported values range from 61.0°C to 90.0°C with a mean of 66.6°Cat 760 mm Hg as determined by the Pensky-Martens Closed cup (PMCC) Tester. Alarge portion of the results fall in the 61.0-66.0oC range.Range of 61.0°C to 78.73°C (~+3 sigma from mean value) is adopted and the dossier is submitted as an update.

Conclusions:
The test material flash point is between 61.0 - 78.73 deg. C at 760 mmHg as determined by the Pensky-Martens Closed cup (PMCC) Tester.
