Justification for classification or non-classification

Diisopropylnaphthalene is a liquid with a flash point of 152 to 156°C and a boiling point of 292°C or above. According to Regulation (EC) 1272/2008 of the European Parliament on classification, labelling and packaging, there is no requirement for classification of diisopropylnaphthalene as flammable liquid as the flash point is above 60°C.
